RETURNS OF GOODS
Products offered in our store are created after ordering on the individual order of the buyer, in this case the right of return within 14 days in the EU is limited. If you are a consumer and want to return the product contact us, we consider each case individually. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging so that it is not damaged in transit.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Notify us first by email using contact form About the return. The goods should be sent back to the address you will receive after accepting the return. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the return is approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the payment card or to the original payment method.
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment card issuer if the payment was made with a card. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.
If you still have not received a refund after following these steps, contact us.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please notify us by email using the contact form and send the item to the address you receive from us after the exchange is approved.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive the returned item, however, if the package is lost or damaged, you have the option to file a claim with the courier company.
We do not accept shipments sent COD.
