WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The product warranty period is 24 months from the date of receipt. It applies to the professional quality and proper operation of the product.
  2. If an additional installation service has been ordered, if a defect is reported, the contractor undertakes to repair it within a maximum of 14 days from the time of notification. The consequence of not repairing the defect within the time limit, will be to cover the cost of repair performed by another company, which the customer will have the right to call for service.
  3. The warranty does not cover scratches and surface damage caused by daily use.
  4. The warranty covers only physical defects arising from causes inherent in the sold product. The warranty does not cover defects arising from other causes such as:

    - Damage caused by fortuitous events (forces majeure) such as fires, floods, windstorms, lightning, etc.
    - Malfunction of the electrical system or equipment affecting the operation of the product.


  5. When servicing the product on site, the customer is obliged to provide free access to the product and allow service technicians to carry out a safe repair procedure in accordance with all health and safety rules, as well as provide adequate technical facilities, such as access to power sources, safety switches, etc. Otherwise, the service technician has the right to refuse service activities.


GUARANTEE FOR SMALL-SIZED PRODUCTS

  1. Small-sized products should be sent back (by prior arrangement with the manufacturer) to the company's address, with due care in packing the product (sturdy cardboard box, cardboard corners, bubble wrap).
  2. The cost and responsibility for reliable delivery of the product to the manufacturer's headquarters is borne by the customer.
  3. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or destruction of the product in transit resulting from improper packaging and protection of the product by the customer.
  4. The cost and responsibility for the safe transportation of the repaired product to the customer is borne by the manufacturer.
  5. Product sent back to the manufacturer's address without his knowledge and approval will not be accepted.
  6. Only complete, serviceable products, free of defects and mechanical damage resulting from external factors are subject to the warranty procedure.


LOSS OF WARRANTY

  1. The product warranty is not valid for:

    - Self-intervention on the part of the user (individual alterations, modifications, etc.).
    - Connection of the product by persons who are not authorized.
    - Use of the product contrary to its intended use.
    - Any attempt by unauthorized persons to repair the product.
    - The occurrence of arrears of payment for the product exceeding 21 days from the date of receipt.
    invoice, whose standard payment term set by the manufacturer is 7 days.


  2. The product in which the defect was found should be immediately turned off
    From use under pain of voiding the warranty.
